I shoot, interview, write and edit case stories – both the video and written versions. To me it’s so important that a case story is told from the customer’s point of view — not from the clients making the case. And it should be an actual story – with a narrative beginning, middle and end, and maybe a bit of tension or drama. It should make you feel something.
