Large organizations need storytelling and branding inside their companies, too.
This can be in the form of videos, articles, newsletters, technical presentations, podcasts and more. Internal communication and storytelling makes up a large part of my work.
With internal communication, a department can update the rest of the organization on what it’s doing and the impact it is making.
My approach is the same as with any type of story: authentic storytelling at eye level with the target audience. I look for the little story (what does this story mean for this department) and the big story (what does this story mean for the whole company? for customers? for this industry?)….
